Fruit in Action™ exists to encourage spiritual growth by helping individuals and families live out their faith through everyday obedience, meaningful conversation, and purposeful action.

As President, Jim guides the overall vision and direction of Fruit in Action™. With wisdom and care, he ensures that each initiative aligns with the ministry’s core values and fosters meaningful outreach.

Matthew serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing daily operations and ensuring programs run smoothly. His thoughtful leadership provides stability and supports the long-term goals of the ministry.

Travis manages facilities and construction, maintaining safe and welcoming spaces. His dedication to the organization’s properties ensures an environment where the mission can thrive.

Katelyn oversees resident care and public relations, nurturing relationships with guests and the community. Her work helps everyone who interacts with Fruit in Action feel seen, supported, and welcomed.

Melissa directs hospitality and guest experience, shaping the atmosphere of gatherings and events. Her attention to detail and heart for service make every visitor feel valued.

Ryan serves as Community Ambassador, representing Fruit in Action with warmth and integrity. Though non-operational, his presence strengthens connections and fosters a sense of community.
